  • Where we deliver to
    We offer delivery to all postcodes in the UK. Yay!
  • Delivery Charges
    Delivery costs are determined by the total value of the order. Costs are made visible when you proceed to the Checkout, before you finalise your order. Minimum order £25 UK delivery fees are as follows: -Orders Under £100: £6.99 England & Wales, £9.49 Scotland (including Highlands) and Northern Ireland -Orders Over £100: FREE - Orders over 15kg will incur an extra £5 heavy parcel fee
  • Delivery Times
    All orders are delivered next day, however please note that if you live in the Channel Islands, Highlands & islands of Scotland, or the Shetland Islands it may take upto 2 days. Please allow upto 24 hours for us to process your order . The courier will contact you to confirm your estimated delivery time on the morning of your delivery day.
  • Changing/ Cancelling your delivery
    Once your order has been dispatched, we cannot change the delivery address or date, nor cancel the order. If you need to change anything in your order please email us at customercare@ethnicgrocer.co.uk as soon as possibe, so that we can try to help you in time.
  • Out of Stock Items
    In the event that an ordered product is out of stock we will contact you to inform you. We will also issue an automatic refund of the unavailable product unless you request a replacement product when we contact you. We always try to re-stock as often as possible to improve stock availability. If we have issued you an automatic refund for an out of stock item we will contact you via email to let you know when it has been re-stocked.   • Refunds & Returns
    You may return unopened products with in 14 days of receipt and, providing the goods are returned to us in a satisfactory state (unopened, undamaged, in original packaging), you will be refunded the full purchase costs less the delivery fee as soon as we have received and checked your returned items. Refunds will only be made via the credit/debit card used for the original transaction. Where an order qualified for free post and packing, we will deduct our post and packing costs from the refund. We reserve the right to deduct any other charges incurred by us such as credit card transaction fees, picking/packing costs, restocking costs, packaging material and return postage fees. A deduction may also be made if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you handling the goods more than was necessary. The extent to which a customer can handle the goods is deemed the same as it would be if you were assessing them in-store. To arrange a return please contact us by email at customercare@ethnicgrocer.co.uk and state your reason for return. We will require you to return the goods, at your own cost and advise that you use a trusted recorded delivery service as we will not be liable for goods that are lost or damaged in transit and recommend that you obtain proof of posting.
