Hometaste Tom Brown 700g

Tom Brown is the name given in Ghana to a toasted cornmeal porridge known as Ablemamu. It is made by dry roasting corn which has been separated from the cob and removed from the fire before the corn begins to pop. After being left to cool, the roasted corn is then ground into a fine powder that is popularly known as Tom Brown.
Tom Brown porridge is easy to make and with its uniquie roasted corn taste has become a popular breakfast cereal. There are a variety of recipes to suit individual preferences.
